
Our Offerings
All Group Classes are mixed level, which includes people at differing stages of functional skill development and experience with Pilates. They are taught mainly at the intermediate level, providing movement options depending on the client's needs. The classes move at a quick pace but allow for individual modifications. New students are required to speak with an Instructor before joining a group class.
The "Beginner's Package" is a great way to become familiar with the reformer and learn proper execution of moves before joining a group class. Please contact us to make an appointment.
Private Sessions (and semi-private "Duets" upon request) are customized for your goals and needs. One-on-one classes allow the trainer to explain things, pause to correct your form, and assure you're using the right muscles to achieve optimal results.
What to Wear
Please wear tight, athletic clothing like yoga or Pilates pants/leggings and tanks or tees. Long hair should be tied back. Grip socks are also recommended on the reformer.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start of class are considered late and will be deducted from your package. If class is a "drop in" rate, please pay the amount when you next visit the studio. Cancel at your earliest convenience to allow others to attend.
Parking
Spaces in front of the studio are limited, especially during class changes. Please park on the street in front of the studio when spots are full. Thank you!
