What to Wear

Wear tight, athletic clothing like yoga or Pilates pants/leggings and tanks or tees. Long hair should be tied back. Grip socks are also recommended on the reformer. We have some for sale in the studio.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start of class are considered late and will be deducted from your package. If class is a "drop in" rate, please pay the amount when you next visit the studio. Cancel at your earliest convenience to allow others to attend.

Parking​

Spaces in front of the studio are limited, especially during class changes. Please park on the street in front of the studio or behind the building when spots are full. Thank you!

Beginner/Foundations

Group Class/Mixed Level

Drop-In Rate: $35

8-Class Package: $200

 

Our Signature class. This multilevel reformer class is designed for clients of different experience levels to work together in the same session. The instructor teaches a foundational exercise and then offers progressions and modifications so beginners, intermediate, and more advanced clients can each work at an appropriate challenge level. The class focuses on core strength, stability, flexibility and proper alignment. Each person can safely progress while moving through the balanced, full-body workout.

 

Class Limit: 4 people

Athletic Reformer

Drop-In Rate: $35

8-Class Package: $200

For those looking for a more dynamic, challenging workout.

An energizing workout.

Cardio Sculpt

Drop-In Rate: $35

8-Class Package: $200

 

This fun class combines traditional Pilates principles with low-impact cardiovascular training using a jumpboard attached to the end of the reformer. The class alternates between jumping intervals and strength-based Pilates movements. Upper body and core work are incorporated with the jump sets using straps, light weights, or bodyweight movements. Great for all levels. 

 

Class Limit: 4 people

Private or Duet Class

Private Rate (1 person):
