Service Description
Never tried Pilates before? Not sure what a reformer even does? You're in exactly the right place. This class is designed for anyone brand new to Pilates — or returning after time away — who wants to build a strong foundation before diving into more advanced work. We slow things down on purpose, because learning the right way from the start makes everything that comes next easier, safer, and more effective. Over 50 minutes, you'll get comfortable with the reformer, understand how to engage your core properly, and start developing the body awareness that makes Pilates so powerful. No rushing, no assuming you already know — just clear instruction and a supportive environment to learn in. With a maximum of 4 people per class, your instructor can give you the individual attention you need to build confidence and move with good form from day one. What to expect: Introduction to the reformer and key Pilates principles Focus on core engagement, alignment, and controlled movement Personalized cues and modifications Beginner-friendly pace with room to grow Maximum 4 clients per class 50 minutes This is your starting point — and a great one.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Please allow more than 12 hours notice for all cancellations. If you do need to cancel, please do so with as much notice possible to allow other students to join the class. Most classes have a waiting list. Cancellations made after the 12 hour window will automatically be charged the full class fee. If using a package, one class will be deducted. If not using a package, please bring cash to cover the cancelled class when you next visit the studio.
