Cardio and strength training combined with the jumpboard for low impact rebounding.
Service Description
This fun and unique class alternates between jumping intervals and strength-based Pilates movements, keeping the heart rate elevated while maintaining focus on core stability, alignment and breath. Clients lie on the reformer carriage with their feet on a padded jumpboard mounted at the end of the reformer. Instead of pushing against a footbar, they ump off the board while lying down. Upper body and core work are incorporated between jump sets using straps, light weights, or bodyweight movements. Great for all levels.

Cancellation Policy
Please allow more than 12 hours notice for all cancellations. If you do need to cancel, please do so with as much notice possible to allow other students to join the class. Most classes have a waiting list. Cancellations made after the 12 hour window will automatically be charged the full class fee. If using a package, one class will be deducted. If not using a package, please bring cash to cover the cancelled class when you next visit the studio.
