Service Description

Same reformer. Same Pilates principles. A completely different kind of workout. The Jumpboard class adds a low-impact cardio element to your reformer practice by swapping the footbar for a padded board — and instead of pressing, you jump. Lying on the carriage, you'll push off the jumpboard in a way that's surprisingly fun, joint-friendly, and genuinely effective for building cardiovascular endurance without the hard impact of traditional cardio. Between jump intervals, the class weaves in upper body and core work using straps, light weights, and bodyweight movements — so you're never just going through the motions. The result is a full-body session that keeps your heart rate up while staying true to the alignment, control, and breath focus that makes Pilates so effective. Open to all experience levels and a great way to shake up your routine. Cancellation Policy

Please allow more than 12 hours notice for all cancellations. If you do need to cancel, please do so with as much notice possible to allow other students to join the class. Most classes have a waiting list. Cancellations made after the 12 hour window will automatically be charged the full class fee. If using a package, one class will be deducted. If not using a package, please bring cash to cover the cancelled class when you next visit the studio.
