Service Description

You've got some Pilates under your belt — now it's time to put it to work. This class is designed for clients who are ready to move with more intention, build real strength, and keep progressing — whether you've completed a few sessions or you've been on the reformer for years. All experience levels are welcome here, as long as you're comfortable with the basics and ready to be challenged. Your instructor will layer options and progressions throughout the 50-minute class, so you're always working at the edge of your ability — not coasting, not overwhelmed. Expect a full-body workout focused on strength, core stability, alignment, and controlled movement. With a maximum of 4 clients per class, you'll get personal attention, real-time cues, and progressions tailored to where you are that day. Cancellation Policy

Please allow more than 12 hours notice for all cancellations. If you do need to cancel, please do so with as much notice possible to allow other students to join the class. Most classes have a waiting list. Cancellations made after the 12 hour window will automatically be charged the full class fee. If using a package, one class will be deducted. If not using a package, please bring cash to cover the cancelled class when you next visit the studio.
